O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Insurance Company to find their next Customer Service Representative. This position is a full-time temporary role, with the potential to become a regular on-going position for the right candidate. There is also room for growth and advancement within the company. This position is based in Redding, CA.
Customer Service Representative Compensation:
- $18 - $22
- Temporary role with the possibility of a regular, on-going position for the right fit

- Full-time Monday-Friday

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers and office systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Insurance industry experience is a strong plus, but not required
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Assist clients with policy questions and general account support
- Update client information and maintain accurate records
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding services and coverage
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with all clients
