Pool Route Technician
O2 Employment Services is working with a well-established residential swimming pool company seeking a Pool Route Technician to join their growing team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity based in Redding, CA, offering hands-on work, strong customer interaction, and opportunities for advancement within a reputable local business.

Pool Route Technician Compensation
  • Starting wage: $18.00 per hour
  • $19.00 per hour upon successful completion of training
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
  • Opportunities for overtime and long-term growth within the company
Pool Route Technician Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record (required for company insurance), must be 
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while staying on schedule
  • Troubleshooting mindset with the ability to identify and resolve equipment or water-quality issues
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Prior pool maintenance experience is a plus; training is provided for the right candidate
Pool Route Technician Duties
  • Maintain and clean residential swimming pools along assigned service routes
  • Monitor and balance chemical levels to ensure pool safety and water quality
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and report equipment concerns or repair needs
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners while delivering excellent customer service
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate daily service records
