O2 Employment Services is partnering with a local automotive dealership seeking a motivated Automotive Technician who has general mechanical knowledge and is eager to learn and grow within a dealership environment. Automotive Technician – Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00 per hour

Automotive Technician – Qualifications
- General automotive or mechanical knowledge (formal training not required)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dealership environment
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Basic hand tools preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to work well as part of a team
Automotive Technician – Responsibilities
- Assist with routine vehicle maintenance and basic repairs
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks
- Support senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs
- Learn dealership procedures, safety standards, and service workflows
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines
