Customer Service
O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Company to find their next Customer Service Representative. This position is full-time and is based in Redding, CA.

The ideal candidate will understand the importance of superior customer service, reliability and a willingness to learn while contributing to a great company. 

Customer Service Representative Compensation:
  •  $18 - $19
  • Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Responsive and able to handle customer inquiries promptly.
 
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Respond to customer emails promptly and efficiently.
  • Utilize Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) for daily tasks and record-keeping.
  • Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
