O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Company to find their next Front Office Coordinator. This position is full-time and is based in Redding, CA.
The Front Office Coordinator will support daily office operations, work directly with patients, and help keep the front desk running smoothly. This role requires someone who is detail oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing a steady workflow.
Front Office Coordinator Compensation:

Front Office Coordinator Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient centered approach
- Ability to multitask while staying organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Previous office or medical office experience is helpful but not required
- Proficiency with computers and office software
Front Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide a warm and professional first impression
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Check patients in and out and assist with paperwork
- Request and collect documentation from other offices in Redding and from patients
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete
- Support the administrative team with daily tasks
- Keep the front office clean, organized, and welcoming
