O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable company to find their next Rental Assistant / Clerical Specialist. This position is based in Red Bluff, CA.
 The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in Google Suite (especially Google Sheets), comfortable with heavy typing, and have excellent phone and customer service skills.

Rental Assistant / Clerical Compensation:
 • $17/hour for training, with higher pay available based on experience

 • Schedule: 5 hours/day, 9 AM to 2 PM to start, with potential to move into a full-time position

Rental Assistant / Clerical Qualifications:
 • Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets
 • Strong typing skills with high accuracy
 • Excellent written and verbal communication
 • Strong customer service and phone etiquette
 • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Rental Assistant / Clerical Responsibilities:
 • Assist with daily rental office operations
 • Perform clerical and data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
 • Handle a high volume of typing and documentation
 • Communicate with customers professionally via phone and email
 • Maintain records, spreadsheets, and internal tracking documents
 • Support the team with general office duties as needed
