O2 Employment Services is working with a local company that is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team in Redding, CA. Executive Assistant Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay range: $72,000 – $88,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

Executive Assistant Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and inbox prioritization.
  • Act as the single point of contact for internal and external communications while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Ensure front-of-house operations run smoothly, including reception, phones, and visitor management.
  • Oversee office readiness, supplies, and meeting preparation for conference rooms and events.
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate records, including digital filing systems, document version control, and legal or insurance documentation.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and meeting packets for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support legal and compliance workflows by gathering information and formatting documents.
  • Track business and community events, prepare executive talking points, and coordinate participation.
  • Supervise and delegate work to a junior administrative assistant, providing guidance and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Continuously improve administrative systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.
 
Executive Assistant Requirements
  • 4–7+ years of experience providing senior-level executive administrative support; experience supporting multiple executives preferred.
  • Strong background in document management, scheduling, and confidential correspondence.
  • Experience working with Legal, Risk Management, or similar departments a plus.
  • Previous experience supervising or directing administrative support staff preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Valid California driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle required for local errands.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed for meeting or event setup.
  • Notary commission preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
  • Paralegal certification a plus, but not required.
