O2 Employment Services is working with a well-established nonprofit organization that is seeking a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to join their team in Redding, CA. Facilities Supervisor Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly pay range: $28.85 – $36.06, DOE
- Full-time, non-exempt position
- Monday through Friday schedule with occasional evenings or weekends as needed for events

Facilities Supervisor Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage facilities personnel to ensure smooth operations across all sites.
- Plan and oversee ongoing and annual building maintenance projects.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate bids, and coordinate third-party labor contracts.
- Ensure efficiency of all building systems including HVAC, lighting, access controls, and camera systems.
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations.
- Coordinate building security and maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
- Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and operational reports.
- Maintain facilities documentation, maintenance schedules, and compliance records.
- Serve as the technical lead and problem solver for building systems and facility-related concerns.
- Support and participate in setup and coordination of events held on-site, including occasional night and weekend shifts as needed.
Facilities Supervisor Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in facility management, maintenance supervision, or building operations.
- Strong knowledge of building construction, materials, and methods.
- Understanding of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage facility information systems.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to stand, climb ladders or scaffolding, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of regular duties.
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working in a nonprofit, educational, or public facilities environment.
- Familiarity with compliance programs, building codes, and vendor contract management.
- Experience coordinating multiple facilities or event spaces.
