Operations Supervisor
O2 Employment Services is working with a well-respected company with long-standing community relationships to find their next Operations Supervisor to join their Management Team. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive compensation package and a supportive leadership team. Operations Supervisor Compensation & Benefits
  • $60,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience

Operations Supervisor Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Marketing and sales experience a plus
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team while driving results
  • Comfortable making executive decisions and providing accountability
  • Proficient in troubleshooting operational systems (POS experience a plus)

Operations Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Participate in recruitment, and dismissal processes
  • Identify and resolve workplace challenges to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop strategies to improve efficiency and achieve goals
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and support ongoing staff development
  • Handle email and phone correspondence professionally
  • Monitor budgets, spending patterns, and resource allocation
  • Step in for senior management as needed, including leading meetings and making executive decisions
  • Troubleshoot POS system issues as required
  • Prepare and review operational reports, making recommendations for improvement
  • Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
