O2 Employment Services is partnering with a well-established Realtor in Redding that is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service & Sales-Oriented Licensed Realtor. This is a full-time, regular opportunity in Redding, CA.
Customer Service & Sales-Oriented Licensed Realtor Compensation:
- $68,640 - $150,000 Annually
- Full-time, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities of the Customer Service & Sales-Oriented Licensed Realtor:
- Daily Client Call Requirements: Every morning you’ll have scheduled client calls—following up, nurturing relationships, and converting leads. This is not optional—your success is built on it.
- Showings & Open Houses: Working directly with buyers to show properties and write offers. You’ll host open houses on our listings and help coordinate.
- Buyer & Seller Consultations: Advise clients with expertise, clarity, and confidence.
- Client Service Excellence: You’ll be their go-to from start to close—delivering a smooth, five-star experience.
- Team Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the company owner and team to achieve the targets and goals.
- Market Mastery: Stay sharp on local market trends and keep your clients informed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in California
- Proven track record in sales or customer service (real estate preferred)
- Mandatory daily client call participation
- Self-starter with strong work ethic, highly organized, and coachable
- Excellent communicator with a relationship-building mindset
- CRM and real estate tech proficiency (MLS, Zillow, CRM systems, etc.) preferred
