Executive Assistant Compensation:

Executive Assistant Qualifications:
 • Previous experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or office management role
 • Experience working with property management or real estate operations is a plus
 • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
 • Proficiency with computers and common office software (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling tools)
 • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
 • Provide direct administrative support to the owner

 • Assist with Board meeting materials and record meeting minutes
